For the modern age, is this essentially the absolute state of the world? The vast majority of grey are bound to the Allies, though they are less notable than the major players. Also be noted some countries are not set in stone. India and Brazil for example have been siding more with Russia than the US as of late, but they are not officially on the Axis team until there is further action. And yes, I know most countries sanction North Korea, but they generally have no choice other than being humiliated at the UN.
