Already happening in some cases. Blacks and Jews are pushing for this sort of thing 24/7. "Decriminalization" is what they call it. They use the far higher incarceration rate of black males as justification for it. Schools across this country don't even punish black kids anymore (for anything) so that they'll appear to be just as well-behaved as other races when one looks into the disciplinary stats of the schools. Colin Flaherty covers this. This means that an entire generation of blacks are growing up feeling entitled to doing anything they want to other people. Combine that with cities and states that are committed to lowering their incarceration rates as much as possible and it's clear that things will only continue to get (much) worse, unless something extreme happens.
