A) (If he had balls) walk up to the car and ask the dude what he's doing parked outside his house at 2 in the morning
B) call the cops and tell them theres a suspicious vehicle outside

Also no government agent would be autistic enough to sit in front of your house in full view while another sits in the fucking bushes if they were actually trying to surveil you

TLDR Tyler witnesses drug ring outside his house and he's too autistic about it to call the cops bc they might be MIB
