So we were talking about Syria, how F-ed upped it's been for awhile. I asked, "So, who's doing everything besides the 'terrorists', is it Assad? Or..?"
One said, "Assad actually is trying to do good".
So I looked around the web for some intel, couldn't find anything useful. I'm very knowledgeable about a-lot of things, I'm not ignorant, I just really have no clue what's what in Syria (besides the war/death/terror etc.), nor do I have any clue about Assad himself. Is he an o.k. guy? Any help? I just would like to know, and maybe get /pol/'s take on it.
