If you could draft your own Bill of Rights for your ideal ethnostate, what would it look like? Here's my quick and simple example:

Rights (non-negotiable):
Life (abortion, capital punishment)
Defense of Self and Property (bear arms, castle doctrine, concealed carry)
Preservation of Origin, Tradition and Culture (also covers immigration)
Belief and Expression (ideology, religion and opinion in art, assembly, association, speech)
Choice (service refusal, individual discrimination, prevent diversity quotas)

Citizen Entitlements (revoked if not in lawful standing):
Security (police and military)
Health (healthcare and living conditions)
Quarter (land, home, family)
Privacy (search, surveillance, data collection)
Working Conditions (workplace safety, equal pay for equal work)
Vote (only if 18 and property owner)
