The only think I disagree kind of with is the idea that you dont have time to lift properly. I dont know how often and for how long TGO lifts, but generally speaking its not hard to set aside an hour and a half, two to three times a week. This is enough for most people to get very fit. I haven't watched any of these yet. I wanted to read the thread so I could form a bias confirmation later.

But I would argue that TGO isn't training for such a happening, at least publicly, because he's concerned with optics and rightfully so. He's got a clean record and family who live in Malmo. after all. He's more exercising the spirit with that style of training, and in his view it's important for young men to take that step for a few years and build their bodies up with heavy weight training. I have no doubt he's considered the realities you're talking about, but it's not like he can talk about preparing to overthrow the fucking government on his youtube, or be 100% honest about his training. That's why he keeps talking about basic and entry-level topics, things that will primarily help young people. Given the circumstances the average Sven has to face if they want to support the nationalist cause there, I think he's doing kinda OK.

You may be able to stay moderately in shape with body weight exercises, but if you want to become truly strong you're going to have to hit the gym as the TGO has said, otherwise you want be reaching progressive overload. It isn't even that time consuming either, what the fuck is he talking about? Most routines call for 4-5 days a week and you will be only spending about 1 - 1.5 hours each time.
