We don't really have a points based system, and don't count on congress making one anytime soon. It is very difficult to immigrate here from a "rich" country.

The options for OP are:
- fiance visa: can take a few years, even if married
- graduate with a MS/PhD in a STEM field. The student visa will be valid for about 6 months after graduation so OP can look for work and have the company sponsor the green card. (Unlikely given OP is studying CS)
- H1B visa; literally slave tier and taken by pajeet coders and filipino nurses because they abuse the system
- O1 visa. Truly for the best and the brightest. Must be a leading academic or titan of industry to qualify.
