Just look at http://vacancies.sa.gov.au as an example, look at any job role and read the description they have written up.

I've been posting on the net about this a bit, maybe they removed it knowing it's completely fucked, or maybe it's just some departments listing they do this now.

"Applicants are requested to submit an electronic copy of their application that includes a current CV and a 1-2 page covering letter. The Department of ____ is committed to having at least 50% of interviewees for each role being women. We actively promote flexible working arrangements and value diversity in the workplace. This is for my states gov. In 2015 the total employment of all gov staff in the state were 69% females, 31% males and less than 15% of all staff who had ongoing tenure were males, the rest were females. These employment rates are present in every pay bracket as well, except for the absolute highest & this is also the tiniest bracket as well and is nowhere near as uneven as 69/31.

I've seen women being given fake job roles paying over $100k a year just because they are women & I'm not just talking about one here and there, there are a ridiculous amount of fake jobs made purely to make senior management look good.

Same with indians.

I'm fucking sick of working with dumb cunts from overseas who dont even know waht the fuck they are doing and who can't speak or understand basic english. Makes me want to go postal.

This 50% of all interviews going to female rule is one that is actually used by all of state gov in my state, I don't know if other states do.

So that means if 20 guys with 10 years experience apply for a role and 10 women with no background or experience apply for the role also, 10 of those men with 10 years experience will not get an interview and 10 of those women who have no experience or background in that line of work will get an interview.
