Grand Jurys do more then hand out an indictment. In this case a grand jury was used to see potential evidence could be obtained. The grand jury did what it does 99.9% of the time and sided with investigators and gave them the legal authority subpoena blackberry emails, which did not contain any useful information to investigators.

All grand juries do the same thing: allow investigators to subpoena and indict if they decide to. The Clinton grand jury is the same as the Mueller one. This destroys the talking point that grand juries result in indictments 99.9% of the time.
