The son of former Israeli prime minister Ehud Olmert, Ariel Olmert, was part of a huge story in Israel. He is a gay and had a relationship with a Palestinian. The relationship was a secret which PM Olmert tried to silence because it was embarrassing for him but more importantly Ariel could easily blackmailed by Palestinians that could threaten expose the relationship if he won't give them classified secret info he has as son of the PM.
The story died long time ago, the press never reported, the Israeli public never knew.
In recent days the media which loathes PM Netanyahu started attacking Netanyahu's son Yair in order to pressure his father to resign.
Yair reacted by complaining about the fact that the press never attacked the son of Olmert although he was part of a huge story
