Believing in communist ideologies, no
Trying in any way to implement them, yes

Authoritarianism violates the NAP.
Communism only works in human groups of 49 people or less. Beyond that, the struggle to get everyone contributing soaks too much time and energy.

I've visited a few anarcho communist and hippie community, and I would argue that it doesn't even work amongst small groups.
They were completely dysfunctional, nobody were doing communal works, and they were incapable to be self sustaining without leeching off welfare. There were a few individuals exception of hard workers, but they were always hindered by the leeches profiting on their labour. Hell, one of those communities didn't even had a place to defecate.
