The problems of UBI are overlooked by many of the people who blindly support it.
For one, it will likely greatly increase the velocity of money and result in inflation and I'm not quite sure how this would be counteracted.
Secondly, what's to stop businesses, landlords, etc. from raising the prices of their goods/services to account for the guaranteed new influx source of wealth since everybody would then have a set amount of more money or so?
