A large portion of the show's time is spent elaborating on a toddler's flamboyant homosexuality, this toddler frequently has sex with adult men - he is raped in a closet, he crossdresses and goes on dates with adult men, he impregnates himself with Brian's (the dog) dna, he gets off on the dog eating the shit from his diaper. there is much more, and there are also clues from the other characters - in what i consider an iconic scene on this topic, in a gag peter griffin brings joe into a room to show him "his pictures", with joe being surprised at this and seeing hundreds of photos of naked babies and toddlers. Peter goes on to say it's a joke, but then breaks down crying and saying it's not a joke and that he needs help.
