Deeply ingrained biological imperative in men to hose anything human and female down with cum in the hopes of propagating our progeny. Not really, no.
Men and women are very different, and men crave sex to a much greater degree than women.

Back in the day, it was common for men to fuck any moderately attractive women who were willing to go to bed with him (just like today, I guess), and that worked fine, because not all women were skanks back then. Let's say 25% of the women were skanks, and the men took turns fucking these women (one night stands or short relationships purely for sex). Then they'd settle down and get married to a good woman who wasn't a skank. The skanks would eventually settle down with some working class loser or a beta, and shit out another generation of skanks.

The problem today is that almost all women are skanks, so there aren't many good women for men to settle down with when they're done partying and fucking skanks.
