neo-liberalism is basically just telling corporations they can do as they please, which erods the well being of the nation-state, so you get shit like NAFTA, yet there are still some regulations in place.

Ancaps will removes ALL of this, only making the matter that much worse. What it effectivly does is destroy the state completley, since there are no boarders. What effectively happens is different corporations become new feudal lords. I dont know why anyone would support it, considering they would all be the slaves of this system. Those regulations are there because of the corporations, they are there to ensure that the big corporations are not liable to the damages they cause and they are also used as a weapon against potential competition, allowing them to become oligarchies and monopolies. Our current neo-liberal system is based not on freedom for everyone, but rather on freedom only for the biggest corporations who can buy out the government.
