Ok lads now that West Virginia's governor switched from dem to Repub there is now enough state houses to call constitutional conventions. What amendments would you guys like to see in the constitution
I'm pretty sure New York is split, Republicans control the NY Senate
>>136165515
Yeah, but Republicans themselves don't really control it. 8 elected Dems are caucusing with them.
>>136165344
Pretty much imposdible still.
>>136165344
>what do you want to see
this Constitution is now null and void
>>136165344
I want to see immigration come only from Australia and England.
>>136165344
Didn't even know West Virginia was a state
Must be pretty useless
>>136165515
Yes but democrats control 2/3rds of the state house while yes republicans hold 31 seats in the state senate.
>remember we are a republic not a democracy.
>>136166223
>republic not a democracy
Oh not this again.
>>136166021
Yea for everything but coal exports which net a lot of money.
>>136166314
Wyoming produces the most coal, just about half of it. W. Virginia is a distant second.
>>136166510
Still exporting the coal. And how do you know all this?
You need state legislators too, not just governors.

My point is that W. Virginia is worthless in coal and that it's a dying business there because of cheaper coal from Wyoming. It's not even that big of a chunk of the state economy, chemical factories and even tourism all add more value to it than coal.
