I was out for a run this afternoon doing my PT in my neighborhood. I was finishing up my 5k when 2 girls rounded the corner near my house. They couldn't have been more than 13. One was skinny. The other was fat. The chubby one starts to slow-clap and sarcastically yell "Good! Job! Stay! Motivated!"

This is the mind of a future fat apologist. It takes effort to be fat before and during puberty, especially as a girl. Rather than internalizing the shame and deciding to change, it's easier for fat pieces of shit to pretend somebody out for a run is the pathetic one. That's a colossal mindfuck, and it's the mentality of people who say "healthy at any size." I was going to say something along the lines of "if you were motivated, you wouldn't be a fat kid, porky," but it seemed like overkill, and I don't need her fat (likely) single mother banging on my door and my wife answering to an earful from some mutant.

Fat people suck. Fat people who try to make fun of fit people should drink bleach.
