A space colony.

Any space colony will be founded by the very elite of humanity. Average IQ 125+, everyone has a science degree etc.

It will also be a harsh environment where acting irresponsibly would mean death. Harsh winters gave us white master race, vacuum of space will give us a race that makes Earth bound whites look like niggers.
