We don't. Lower the corporate income tax rate to 15% and remove the US from NAFTA. Over night manufacturing will begin to come back from mexico at a increased pace.

More manufacturing = more jobs for Americans. More jobs for Americans = more money for Americans and less welfare recipients.

We do not need Mexico or dirty lazy Mexican day workers. We can do all of this on our own.
