Those are complete strawmen arguments that ignore the fundamental issue at hand here.
1. The only thing holding people back is themselves.
2. As we have seen, the admission rates for college wind up revealing the overall level of intelligence and that there is unilateral discrimination but based more on accepting those with the lowest common denominator:

3. As is also shown, the rate of crime is not dependent on poverty. If it were, then pic related would be the hot bed of crime due to the abject poverty rate in the U.S.
4. If white people were so privileged, then the pic related is fucking impossible.
5. The so called priveledges that men have are all but cancelled out by the disadvantages. Men have the highest suicide rate, have the highest mental health issues, die 5-10 years before women, have the most overall health issues, are the ones who fight and die in the front lines, face stiffer competition in the work force, and have more performative anxiety. Further, sexual culture has degraded the man due to the ease at which he reproduces sperm. So far as to relegating him to being a secondary figure. Man is more likely to loose child custody, is more likely to be assumed guilty of domestic violence, does not have the resources when suffering rape, and has the highest level of depression period.

So no, those arguments are not valid at all. They miss the forest entirely and instead focus on the pretty little shrub sitting pleasantly.

Though, that really does make for an interesting point:
If white people have the highest rate of poverty, then why is it that most violence is committed by black people? Why do black people, with a better advantage in getting into college than both white and asian people, still have an average of 70? If black people have so much benefits to help them, why do they have the lowest graduation rate?
