The best proof to any investor is statistics and potential. In order to show this to them, you need multiple youtube videos decrying the evils of google/youtube spanning across large youtube fanbase with unique audience. Then they will consider stepping into the arena.

I wish I could be this person, but I don't have the availability to devote myself to such cause. The greatest threat to youtube isn't a garage ran video platform, it's a video platform ran by a mid to high size investor stealing it's core content creators away and framing youtube as totalitarian.
