The actual, no-memeing answer is to stop allowing doctors to pass out antidepressants and other mood-altering drugs with suicidal/homicidal side effects to kids like candy. There's a reason most school shooters are white kids from the suburbs; their parents more likely than any other group to be able to afford to keep their kids medicated.
