Those articles present the statistics in a super confusing way. There are basically two facts:

1. Black women have highest college enrollment rate
2. Black women are the "most educated."

I can't actually find the source for 1, I suspect it's untrue or super misleading just based on the fact that college enrollment is correlated with income and black people are much poorer in the US. Also "enrollment" is a weird stat to look at anyway.

2 is hilariously misleading, these like 70% of masters degrees awarded to black females is only looking at degrees awarded to black students. So it's saying 70% go to black women and 30% go to black men. This is more a measure of extreme gender inequality within black communities rather than a measure of overall female black achievement. It's actually kind of embarrassing basically because it says black men are doing so poorly. But of course these sites have no critical thinking ability so they publish this, mislead, and embarrass themselves.

The statistic is simply: of black students who earn master's degrees, 71% of them are women. More black women earn master's degrees than black men do. Spoiler: women earn more college degrees than men across all races, because more women go to college now than men do.

There is nothing weasel about it, it's a straightforward fact that is not controversial or surprising in any way. Are you deliberately misunderstanding these simple words so that you can get mad?
