The FBI UCR keeps detailed statistics on homicide and gun crime that include race data on both victim and perpetrator, as well as victim/perp relationship.

They also collate statistics on other crimes, but I would suggest sticking to homicide reports, since the "blacks under-report victimization" and "Racist whitey blames black bois for white crimes" don't hold up in homicide cases.
