Why do SAT scores improve when minority children don't participate in the SAT?

Are they biologically more stupid or just held down by economic constraints that prevent them from getting a better education?

If blacks are a burden on our educational system, whether by nature or nurture, shouldn't they be excluded? Speaking of exclusion, why are they allowed on planes or in cars?

This is more commentary on obesity than race, but blacks are the fattest race behind Hispanics. An increased weight creates fuel waste, which expels carbon into the atmosphere and dirties breathable air in cities at an accelerated rate. It reduces fuel efficiency of planes, and creates an over-production of food and goods which creates methane and product waste.
