No one is claiming that human social dynamics exactly mirror that of wolves. The claim is merely that humans have their own social dynamic and that this is mostly biological.

Military is the most exact example. First thing military does it strip you uniqueness and them control your every movement during basic training. Its basically a way to get you to adhere the chain of command. The same way you break a horse so it does what you want.
