Declining birthrates are a direct result of declining infant mortality. The population growth levels off once the civilization reaches economic prosperity. There is little risk of children dying before reaching adulthood, so it makes since having less children instead of more. This phenomenon happened in the west, and it will happen in developing countries too once they catch up.

Hell, the video directly states that if you want less refugees coming to your countries, you should support the development of third world countries.

But (((they))) don't want this to happen. Instead they create political strife in these countries, delaying progress, and causing displacement in the local population. And thus send these people westward, riding off white empathy and the idea that if we don't make up for the declining birthraces the economy will suffer, which is a total lie.
