You misunderstand what rights are. A right simply means the government will not get in your way. The right to free speech doesn't mean the government has to pay for a stage and microphone for you to talk to people, it means you pay for these things yourself and say whatever you want, and the government will not arrest you for what you say. The right to bear arms doesn't mean the government will supply you with guns, it means you go out and pay for your own guns and the government will not be able to take them away from you provided you follow the law in regards to gun ownership.
