Overall, we'd be repeating OIF in Mexico only we'd be dealing with the cartels that are possibly armed by terrorists, and in a less likely scenario, jihadis providing support on the ground with a relatively small presence, whether from Hezbollah, ISIS, or some other radical group that hate us and are backed by nations that do as well. Best case scenario, bloody war in our back yard. Worst case scenario, bloody proxy war in our back yard.
