Has there ever been a time when black people were liked?
Look at what the Arab historian al-MuqaddasÄĞ wrote of the Zanj (Kenyans) in the 900s AD:
"As for the Zanj, they are people of black color, flat noses, kinky hair, and little understanding or intelligence."
For centuries the Zanj were traded as slaves by the Muslims and forced to work on plantations. Today there are 1.5 million Zanj in Iraq.
