I've done my digging and have determined that Trump's unveiled immigration proposal - and the history of the edits of that proposal partially have to do with the disclosures made by Whistleblower Taylor Scott Amarel.
By background, if you search 617-76-7710 on the internet you will find a number of disclosures by an identity going by "Taylor Scott Amarel". From what I have been able to discover, Taylor Scott Amarle disclosed fraud in our current immigration system (everything from document forgery to fake VISA applications to fake adoptions) to fraud in international businesses facilitating immigration, VISAS, and general money laundering.
While I can't 100% agree with the bill, I do think a honor based immigration system is an improvement to the US (although may have some humanitarian concerns).
