What happened to ISIS and all those daily attacks or is it so obvious now that all those were false flags due to elections were due and now that elections have passed there is no longer need for "terror" and we're back to only on special occasions?

They are largely defeated, their calpih likely died in early June / late May. Once Raqqa, Tal Afar, and a few more areas collapse they'll be back to AQI insurgent warfare and no longer holding land.
