First, overdosing on nicotine is one of the worst feelings on the planet. Anyone who has swallowed a rub of dip will tell you. You run a real risk of overdosing on nicotine if you run a higher concentration like I do.

Second, straight e liquid tastes fucking horrible. It may taste good when vaping it, but just getting it in your mouth is really gross.

I tried the patch, cold turkey, gum, pills and they all sucked. None of them works. This does.

It's an intermediate step that works amazingly well for me. There's something about snus that is not that addictive. I don't think it causes cancer really either because of the way it's made. I found quitting American cigarettes near impossible due to rage and morbid depression. When I quit snus, I just had a temper which was pretty easy to overcome with self-control and magnesium/taurine supplementation (gaba agonists, calms the nervous system)

I vaped on and off before quitting for good. While im sure its healthier than smoke, vaping did seems to affect me more negatively than cigs. AFter a long night of vaping my lungs would be heavy and i would have a deep cough. All that vapor cant be good as your lungs are literally filling with water its like artificial pneumonia.

I am an e-liquid manufacturer. It is true if you spill concentrated nicotine on yourself, you need to wash it off right away. Spilling a bottle of e-liquid on yourself will not hurt you. I have squirted e-liquid in my mouth when I was unable to vape before. Would much rather vape, but it does work. Do whatever gets you off the cigs.
