And yesterday the Italian navy ship"comandante Borsini" entered Libyan waters.

Shitty headline. In reality Field Marshal Haftar's Eastern council media spokesman just said that if ships enter Libyan waters without permission, they will be repelled.

In Tripoli, a poster of resistance hero Omar al-Mukhtar, who battled Italian rule in Libya in the 1920s, was hung near the capital's main square with the inscription "No to a return to colonization".

The Italian move also triggered irate statements from factions in eastern Libya that oppose the U.N.-backed government.

Libya was an Italian colony. How would America feel if the UK sent warships into American waters against the wishes off the Northern states, but with permission of Florida and Georgia?
