So, why don't you all campaign against affirmative action? The President's Justice Department said it was going to fight the institutional racist and sexist policy. Reddit posts, the group /pol/ seems to hate, seem to even agree with you all that Affirmative Action is institutional racism and sexism and needs to go. So, why is nothing getting done? Why just bitch about it on the internet?
You all have a Republican House, Senate, and a President that is against it. Why not get them to take action on it now? Make a law that bans it in college admissions AND in any hiring practices (both private and public sector)? Get them to ban the practice of giving advantages to people based on race or gender. Base it off of income need instead (something that is quantitative in measure and can be based on who actually needs help). Or just get it banned outright at the least, as it is institutional racism.
This is something you all could win if you got the GOP to take action against it. Why not get a campaign and/or movement going on this?
