It's not every studio but I've had some freelance gigs from companies that make it a HUGE POINT to show their support for EKWALUHTEY.

Oh and funfact: Women are over 50x more likely to get an interview for a position at a game company. Studios continue to be sausage-fests purely because women don't apply as often. The entire feminist narrative that game companies discriminate against women is a gigantic fat lie.

You are actually more likely to be succesful doing a full indie project by yourself with no one else involved than try to start a company with a team. Seriously, they are very skillful games, when you learn to watch the opponent, time everything correctly from blocks to attacks, and learn when to use what combos, you'll understand the appeal.
It needs to be tekken preferably, I have seen a lot of button mashers.
