The problem is that the word 'mental illness' is a 4 letter word, especially in America, but all of the world for the most part, and people don't realize there are many levels of mental illness, many that are so light you can live a full life with proper medication and therapy.

Claiming that they are victims of an illness means we are forced to accept them - because it would be discrimination to judge them for an immutable condition they are victims of.

This is a choice. It is a fantasy that they are trying to manifest into reality. They are not victims. There are plenty of feminine men, but they're still men and don't pretend otherwise. Everyone accepts them because they're not pretending to be something they're not.
