I don't understand this either, I've seen many, many cases of Indians being utterly obliviously socially retarded towards women in person, I figure it has to do with women in India being more open to this kind of grotesque "flirting" (if you can even call it that) than western women. I have LITERALLY heard an Indian, talking in person to a white woman, describe what he wants to do with her sexually, in detail, only shortly after introducing himself to her, it is insane how they think this kind of behaviour is acceptable anywhere.

Most places, in India, discourage mixing men with women. For example : subways have a "man" and a "woman" part, touching hands (unless it's a parent with his child) in public is forbidden, along with other things, implying of course, no sex before marriage. India doesn't teach kids about love or their privates. I tink that you see them as "creepy" because they're uneasy and unexperienced with love and relationships with the other kind. They aren't born creeps, they just aren't educated
