well maybe but not really. There isn't much training for highways at all. It's a different mindset here. Checking your tires and keeping your car in an acceptable shape isn't good to do - it's a real necessity. same for sincerity - when you drive you drive, you don't fuck around.
In return on many patches of highway we get the responsibility to adjust speed as it is applicable according to our own judgement.
