Never really jumped on the smartphone bandwagon over privacy concerns. Now I see ads for dating apps that tell you if people they want to hook you up with are at nearby bars, etc. The other person's smartphone is influencing them to go to that bar. These people that are easily controlled by their phones are going to breed. The phones can breed their children together. In a couple of generations we will have a breed of humans completely dependent on, and controlled by artificial intelligence. Who is serving who ?

Memes aren't just funny jokes and images. They quite literally infect mankind and spread from person to person. Technology has only made them spread faster and farther, it's not what's causing them.
Anyone have that write up about memetics?
