>On conversations with foreign leaders about their domestic economies: “So I deal with foreign countries, and despite what you may read I have unbelievable relationships with all of the foreign leaders. They like me. I like them. You know, it’s amazing. So I’ll call, like, major — major countries, and I’ll be dealing with the prime minister or the president. And I’ll say, how are you doing? Oh, don’t know, don’t know, not well, Mr. President, not well. I said, well, what’s the problem? Oh, GDP 9 percent, not well. And I’m saying to myself, here we are at like 1 percent, dying, and they’re at 9 percent and they’re unhappy.”

Kek that's pretty good. He's right, other countries need to stfu begging and implying that they need more American gibs. UK included.

It's pretty funny because he's doing it on purpose, it makes for articles like this, normies read it, even the most stupid ones understand it, of course, the Inteligencia will snub it but it's not for them, they already make their decisions on Trump based on their interests, no on his character, see BIll Gates see Elon Musk before exiting the Paris accord.
Here's him talking to Congress:

Yes, he is talking to the public to make it as clear as possible to normies as to what is going on. The insiders know anyway. If You think Trump is dumb after becoming a billionaire, You might check yourself...brainlet...

Writing snarky condescending hit pieces, flaunting our ivy league degrees, rolling our eyes at every state that doesn't touch an ocean, and calling anyone who doesn't agree with us uneducated retarded racists will surely bring people to our side if we just keep it up.
>>135884797
yeah the strawman is that he's doing it as a joke and that he said something retarded rather than something true with a restricted vocabulary, get your marketing in check
>>135880299

This. Sports Illustrated is written at a 3rd grade level. (At least it was a few years ago, not sure about now.) The reason for that is because they're speaking to a wide audience, a smart person can understand a sentence written for a dumb person but it doesn't work the other way around.
Setting that aside, what do you people want? Him to speak right over their heads like most politicians try to do? Avoid answering the question at all costs?
Nah, I'll take a guy who speaks in plain, simple terms any day.
