In Russia if you do any journalism or even speak up about corruption, you either disappear or you get subdued. Practically every politician who ran against Putin and got considerable support from the public... Died. Russians were recently using Pornhub to upload documentaries detailing the corruption in Russia and now Russia has made it mandatory Russians need a passport to use pornhub (along with many other countries).

You never see Russians on /pol/ or 4chan and if you do they are fake flags. The KGB is still active. They still witch hunt "western spies" you get a whole chicken in Russia if you tell the authorities of a "western collaborator"
