iMovie, Windows's movie maker, and Hitfilm.

These three programs are free and are fairly easy to use, if you have a creative eye that can mashup clips and songs in a sensible way that displays a message. Of course if you find yourself truly talented you can move up to Adobe After Effects or some other more professional programs.
