Not from my experience. I work with Vietnamese people, they HATE with passion Chinese people. They're cool with all other Asians, they just hate the Chinese. They're totally cool with white people though. They poke fun at our 'dorky' white people ways in jest and friendly banter, but they allow us to make fun of their Asian ways back to them, so it all works out well.

Being comfortable with friendly racist banter is a major step in fixing the racial divide that the liberals have caused.
