About to invest in the Bolivar. As of right now it is 12,000 Bolivar to $1 USD. Before the economic collapse it was a 1 for 1 swap.
I myself am only trading $20 just in case the market never comes back. But if it does I will have 240,000 Bolivar with and exchange rate of 1 Bolivar to $1 USD. ($240,000)
If it doesn't regain it's value then I haven't lost anything but $20.

Implying Venezuela isn't the number oil reserve in the world?
Implying the US won't get involved to get ahold of the oil
Implying the exchange rate wasn't 1 to 1 before the collapse
Implying I will give you the dignity to green text you.

That's not the way they'll do it. They will issue a new currency once the coup is finished, or just use USD like Zimbabwe.
Better to leveraged short if you can find somewhere to.

wouldnt they have to scrap the whole currency and start over ? how does this work in the modern economy if a country goes into hyoerinflation.

>Implying you were going to type the number one oil reserve but instead instantly became a retard
Bet you'd like to buy these too if Zimbabwe managed to get a gas station running.
