Make a huge salad, with an oil based dressing, eat the whole thing, get stuffed on it, and it's still very little calories. If you want pizza, have a slice - but one slice, not the whole fucking thing.
Same with keto/low carb. Load up on proteins, which take longer to digest, so you're not hungry all day. No carbs or sugars. Load up on exercise - the weight WILL come off.
