I doubt it. Ancestry (and the rest) are for profit companies, and this DNA testing is a money maker for them. Playing with the results in order to push some agenda would be devastating for them if that were revealed. It's not some Jew conspiracy.

I took the Ancestry test and mine came back 100% European.
