Under H2A guest worker program, the Federal Government mandates farmers provide FREE housing and transportation to workers, and when they are done, they take money back to their country instead of investing it in the United States, creating a leakage in the economy as many Americans look for unskilled work.
how do you feel about this? I'm sure there are many millenials who would rather be in California with free housing and transport picking avocados
