Kek, I live San Diego now and that's basically the plan of all my coworkers and even my wife. They see California as a sinking ship and want off. Sixth largest economy in the world means nothing when you see homeless people on every street corner and 2/3 thirds of the population cant afford to live here so they bury themselves in credit card/loan debit.

I'm thinking maybe FT Worth as its the last red city in Texas.
