Well, that's why Star Fleet was mostly guys like Kirk, McCoy and Spock and had tons of Alpha Males and mostly white ones at that. The SJW mentality failed when it ran into reality and the Women and Minorities fucked up so badly that they were essentially banned from leadership and command positions for almost 200 years.
